Terms of Service
Last updated: October 21, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of The Prompt Playbook website, free guide, prompt library, and premium resources (the "Service"), operated by TDM Solutions, LLC, based in Los Angeles, California. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Who you are contracting with
The Service is provided by TDM Solutions, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). When you use the Service or make a purchase, you are contracting with TDM Solutions, LLC. By continuing to use the Service, you accept these Terms of Service.
You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement, or that you have authority to bind the organization you represent.
2. The Service
The Prompt Playbook provides copy-and-paste AI prompt resources: a free downloadable guide, a browsable prompt library, a tailored prompt generator, and optional premium resources available for a one-time purchase. We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam.
- Infringe intellectual property rights of others.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning systems, or scraping content at scale.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content.
- Circumvent technical limits, paywalls, or access controls.
For AI-generated content (including tailored prompts), you must not use the Service to create illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, or malware, or to attempt to bypass safety controls. You are responsible for your inputs, how you use outputs, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring you have rights to any content you submit. AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for regulated professional advice. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Intellectual property
We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including the prompt collections, guide content, software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and the resources you have access to for your personal and business use. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us at thomasmadison2100@gmail.com and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it. Repeated infringement may result in account termination.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
6. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). The premium plan is a one-time purchase; there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
7. Service level and warranties
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your right to use the Service stops; you may contact us within 30 days to request an export of your account data before it is deleted.
10. General
You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
