Privacy Notice
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This Privacy Notice explains how TDM Solutions, LLC, based in Los Angeles, California, collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use The Prompt Playbook.
1. Who is responsible for your data
TDM Solutions, LLC is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us at thomasmadison2100@gmail.com.
2. What we collect and why
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Contact details (name, email address) — to create your account, deliver the free guide, provide the Service, and send you updates you've asked for. Legal basis: contract performance and consent.
- Login credentials — to secure your account. Legal basis: contract performance.
- Support messages — to respond to your questions and provide customer support. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Usage and device data (pages visited, aggregate download and signup counts, device identifiers, IP address) — to keep the Service secure, prevent fraud, and improve the product. We track aggregate counts only; we do not store identifiers of individual visitors for these counts. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
Payment details are collected and processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record), not by us.
3. Who we share data with
- Service providers that help us host, operate, and analyze the Service (hosting, email delivery, analytics, and support tooling).
- Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of products, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
- Authorities where required by law.
4. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, account data while your account is active, and purchase records as required for tax and accounting. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a supervisory authority. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise any right, email thomasmadison2100@gmail.com; we respond within one month.
6. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your personal data.
7. International transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside your state or country. Where data leaves your jurisdiction, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies required for sign-in and security. We do not use advertising cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in from working.
